Bosses on Tyneside are being urged to nominate their PAs and secretaries for The Best Secretary on Tyneside Award 2009. Now in its second year, this Award recognises the hard work and dedication by the "unsung heroes" of the business world.

A competition to find Tyneside’s best secretary reached its climax last night (Wednesday) when Julie Britt, PA to the chief executive of NaREC, was named as Best Secretary on Tyneside 2008.
